Why am I missing points?

I am missing points from May 4, 2020 through today. I did get a new device, signed in back on May 5 and several times after. Because I know it usually takes 24-48 hours for points to update, I figured maybe it was taking longer due to COVID-19. However, it is now May 17, and points still have not updated. I deleted the app and reinstalled, yet still no updates. Please get these points updated so I can be credited the points I earned for the last two weeks.
