After purchasing a Fitbit to get credit for Steps during day I am still not getting credit. I run and walk miles everyday and not getting credit. Both have been closed and then open and synced and upset to spend hours on this site.
So sorry for any issues that have going on with your Fitbit device. I would suggest disconnecting your device and reconnecting to establish a proper sync. Once you do this please allow up to 24-48 hours for data to reflect. Thank you.
