Using health app and have sleep activity as active and have logged 7+ hours a night since XX/XX/XXXX. Not receiving any points. Very frustrating. I have been receiving points for steps and mindfulness minutes.
I do apologize for any issues going on with your sleep activity. Unfortunately, from the screenshots you provided it looks like that is a 3rd party application offered by Apple Health Kit. You will have to manually enter in your sleep logs for Go365 to receive the data. To do this you will have to click into sleep analysis in your Apple Health and click add data to manually enter the days.
Correct. I do log in every day and enter the data manually in the health app. I set the activity on XX/XX/XXXX when my plan renewed. I have been entering my sleep every day since then, just not receiving my 25 points.
Thank you for that. One thing I would recommend is to disconnect your Apple Health and reconnecting it to make sure there is a proper sync because we are not getting any of that information. Which could mean its from a 3rd party application.
Note: You will receive 25 Points for each week in which you sleep 7 or more hours, 5 or more times in the week. There is an annual maximum award of 150 Points for the Sleep Diary.
I tried that, too. I know how you only get a maximum of 150. I've used this exactly how I'm doing now in the past. Logging my sleep to get points since my plan just started over. I'm getting steps and mindful minutes.
Just weird how sleep isn't showing any activity.
Any other suggestions?
Ok thanks. So again, it could be because its through a 3rd party app or the Apple Health is not synced properly. I would attempt again to disconnect your Apple Health to Go365 and reconnect it. This way we can try to get the data. If not, I can see if we can look further into it.
I made some adjustments yesterday in some settings. It won't let you just "disconnect" the health app.
I also have a Garmin watch that gives me steps when I use it. I get steps from the watch or health app whether I'm wearing the watch or not. I manually entered my sleep in the app for my watch and I see I got sleep points now. (Only once and I entered for the entire month since I started the activity). Can you tell if they came from the health app or Garmin watch?
I can confirm that data is now showing correct. I would suggest doing that going forward so you can still earn the points. I'm glad it is now showing for your. Steps are coming over from the Garmin Watch and the sleep data is coming over from the Apple Health application.
