I am missing steps again on 5/15, can you resolve this? This seems to be a recent issue as my steps have always synced correctly from Fitbit. Thanks.
Sorry for any issues with your Fitbit steps. I want to reassure you that all steps and data is showing on our end. I would suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your device to Go365. Once this is done please allow up to 48 hours for data to reflect.
On 5/15 I had 13,450 steps but Go365 is only showing 1,610 steps. All other days are correct.
As stated steps are showing correct on our end. Please allow up to 48 hours for steps and points to reflect as well. If you see a discrepancy please disconnect and reconnect your Fitbit to Go365.
