New Garmin Vivomove HR only rewarding steps! Please help!

I received my new Garmin Vivomove HR the first week of May, and my go365 account is only awarding me points for steps, not the activities(workouts) I am starting and stopping. I can see all the data on my go365 account, so I know my watch is communicating with go365 but the site isn't giving me the points. My previous Garmin vivosmart HR was rewarding me for the same workouts without any trouble. Look at the screen shot I've added here. Please help!
