Usually after a couple of nights, Fitbit points update; however, on 5/16, I should have received 19 points but it’s only counting 17.
My apologies for any issues going with your Fitbit data updating to Go365. I want to reassure you that we are getting all up to date data for May. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for points to reflect if they haven't already.
