I tried ordering an Amazon giftcard. A notice came up saying there was an issue and try again later. However, my points are now missing from my account! I want the gift card or I want my points! I am really frustrated with this system at the moment!
As stated in another post, there is no evidence of this or an order ever being placed. Another thing, is there's no evidence of bucks being deducted either. This makes it tough for us to see what you would see. I will send a direct message to get more information.
