I use S Health to record steps and have synced it with Go365. However, for the last 10 days, my steps have been showing up on S Health and not transfering to Go365. In additon, the steps it is recording are about 1,000-2,000 steps off.

I've been using Samsung Health to keep track of my steps. When the info is synced to Go365, it reports 1,000-2,000 steps less than what Samsung Health is reporting. Not only that, but in the last 10 days, it has not recorded my steps on Go365 at all. I'm trying to figure out what's going on with the syncing process and why it is under reporting my steps as well as stopped reporting daily steps all together.
