I keep trying to connect my Health IQ to go365, but I keep getting a “null” message (I’ve attached a screen shot of the message). I’m missing out on points because of this.
I am so sorry for any issues going on with your Health IQ connecting to Go365. What I would suggest would be to delete both the Go365 and Health IQ apps and reinstalling to make sure both are up-to-date.
