I am missing steps from 5/13 through 5/18.  How can we recover those lost steps?  My Fitbit was connected.

My steps are lost from 5/13 through 5/18.  My Fitbit was connected.  I have since disconnected and reconnected, but the steps are still not recording.  My current steps are recording, but not for those dates.
