I have been entering my sleep into the Apple health app, and it is set to share data with Go365. Yet, despite sleeping over 7 hours/night, I didn’t receive any points. Can you please advise?

Do you have the Sleep Diary set in the Go365 Mobile app? It will need to be set in order for the Points to award.

Hello and thank you for your response. Yes, I do have it set as an activity which will expire in 9 days. I have gotten 7+ hours of sleep all but one night since I began the activity. However, I have not yet received any points for this activity.

Following up as I have not received a response. To answer the question, yes, it is set up as an activity and I have been getting 7+ hours of sleep about 6 nights per week. Additionally, the sleep hours are entered through the Apple health app which is linked to my Go365 account. It has been weeks and I continue to not be rewarded for this activity. Thank You
