Syncing issues, missing points and increased points to Gold?

I have been having a lot of issues with my Go365 app not syncing correctly with my Fitbit. I am completely missing points earned on 5-3-2020 and 5-11-2020. On 5-12-2020 I had over 12,000 steps and I only received 1 point. I also have an issue where I was only 140ish points away from Gold status and I logged in yesterday and now I am over 400 points away from Gold status? I would really appreciate assistance in correcting these issues.
