Receiving points for missing data over 2 months for Polar device activity?

After I recently updated GO365 I noticed I was missing a gap of nearly 2 months of data from my Polar device and subsequently not receiving any points.  XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX are the dates, attachments below from GO365 activity calendar and activity dates from Polar that are not reflecting. Since XX/XX/XXXX my activity from Polar has synced with no issue but none of the back data is showing as of yet. I have logged in every day since XX/XX/XXXX. Any assistance would be helpful.
