my steps from 5/21 only partially recorded and not at all for 5/22 - 5/25, but resumed on 5/26; how do I get credit for the missing dates?
I want to apologize for any issues happening with your account. I was able to update data from your Apple Health device and it shows up to date for the month of May. One thing I would suggest if you run into issues of some steps not coming over is to disconnect and reconnect your Apple Health onto Go365 to establish proper sync. Data is reflecting correctly on our end. I would suggest disconnecting and reconnecting while allowing up to 24-48 hours for data to show on your account. Thanks.
