I have a Motorola G7 power phone and every time I open the app it says it's a new device.

I followed all the steps including restarting my phone and waiting to
reinstall the app. It's still requiring the 2 step verification every time
I open the application.
Are there any other troubleshooting steps?

If you go on the actual website go365.com and change your communication preferences to text instead of email that will fix the issue. The link I provided also goes through this step.
I went back through the instructions you sent and there is no mention of
changing the preferences from email to text and there are no instructions
for how to do that either.
Logging into the website I don't see any links to change communication
Is there a specific link?
