I logged in the other day and noticed I have had no steps logged since the beginning of April. I went to connect to the Samsung Health app again, but it's not even an option. See attachment for screen shots. What can I do?
I apologize for any issues going on with your Go365 application. I would suggest deleting and reinstalling the application on your phone to make sure its updated. The Samsung Health most definitely should be an option to connect. Unfortunately, we are not getting any of your steps because there is nothing connected. Please delete and reinstall the app. Feel free to reach out if you run into any further trouble.
I just uninstalled and reinstalled and S Health is still not an option.

Delete the application, then turn your phone off then back on. After that reinstall application. If you still run into issues please contact us via web chat or customer service phone line for hands on assistance.
