I switched phones 03/04/2020. Since this point, my steps from Apple health did not sync. I went in today and made sure this was synced which it now is. Can my steps be backdated?
I do apologize for any issues going on with your Apple Health syncing to Go365. I want to reassure you that it is connected now. I also want to let you know that our systems can backdate as far as 60 days. I was able to backdate that far and the data is now showing. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for data and point to reflect on your account. Thank you.
This problem is happening again. I didn’t switch my phone or associated apps but now I am not having anything show in the Go365 app since the last time I purchased something with my points 06/21/2020. Can my steps be added again in regards to this?
