We order a fitbit but had not updated our address. it shows delivered but we do not have it. will this be forwarded.
I'm so sorry about your order! The Fitbit order also shows delivered on our end. Did you verify the address before submitting the order? I would also check the order history to make sure there were no issues with the address being typed in. There is no issue on our side because the address and the FedEx address match to where it should be shipped.
