I am so sorry for any concerns or frustrations regarding your steps coming over. I want to reassure you all steps are showing for May and June. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for data and points to reflect if they haven't already. Thanks.
Once again, my steps are not showing. Both my Fitbit and Go365 app are updated and synced. I should not have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. I know I am not the only one with this issue. We are sharing our concerns.
Sorry for the continued concern. Once again, I do want to reassure you that the data is reflecting as of May and June from your Fitbit device. I went ahead and updated the data and it is now reflecting accurately.
Once AGAIN steps are not showing. This app is aggravating to use. We should not have this issue constantly.
I am so sorry for the ongoing issue. I have refreshed your data from the connected device and on our side data is reflecting. I would highly recommend disconnecting your Fitbit account and reconnecting it from and to your Go365. If this does not work on your side please reach out and I will further investigate! Thanks!
