I am not seeing a Garmin device connected to your Go365 account. Are you still using a Garmin? If so, can you please follow the steps in How to connect your Garmin and let me know when it shows connected.
If you could also provide the average number of Points earned from the workouts, I would be more than happy to take a closer look at your Points.

I use a Garmin and I use the manual sync option, have you logged into Garmin Connect to assure your workouts are posted on their dashboard? You mentioned other apps, if Garmin workouts are missing you would only need to connect Garmin directly to Go365.
Yes, all my workouts are logged in the garmin app.
