Go365 does not save my phone - always get the confirmation code

This started some time back after an update.  I thought maybe it was my old Samsung Galaxy S5 phone.  Anyways, got a newer S7 and still the same thing.  It's pretty irritating - every time I use the app, I get this confirmation code in mail that I have to then retrieve and enter.  I don't even see an option to remember my device (I did see that when I logged in here on my desktop).  Is there a way to register my phone?
