Due to COVID 19 I lost my health insurance for the month of May. So I was unable to use the Go365 app. Now I am able to log in again but all my points that I had have rest to the beginning. Is there a way to get my previous points back?
How do I get my points back? I had unused mall dollars and I think Gold status. Now I am back to the beginning since I lost my insurance for a month. Is there any way to get them back? Or do I need to start over again?
