In order to fully understand the issue, I would like to ask you a couple of questions.
I am unable to see any active challenges on your account, are you referring to the weekly Sleep Diary with Go365? What device are you using to track your sleep?

I am enrolled in multiple challenges right now. Summer Sundown is one of them. I also chose the sleep diary activity because I thought it would help me get my points. Right now I’m using my iPhone to track my sleep with Apple Health and the Sleep Cycle app.

When you use Apple Health for tracking your sleep, it needs to be logged directly into the Apple Health app. If you are using another app or device and it is connected to Apple Health, the data is unable to be verified and will not transfer to Go365.
