My existing Fitbit Alta HR has been failing, and Fitbit was generous enough to send me a replacement unit.
Given we are in the middle of the 100 Day Dash, and the fact that I am holding down 1st place (by a slim margin!) on my team, the last thing I want to do is run into issues when I swap out from the old unit to the new one.
Anything I need to keep in mind, to ensure I can seamlessly transition from the old Fitbit to the new one, without missing step count?? I could move forward, but part of me wants to wait until Monday to do it, in case I run into any issues, and need to reach out for support, rather than head into the weekend with an issue!
