My fitbit hasnt been syncing with go365 app since May 23. How does that get fixed?
I am so sorry for any issues or concerns regarding your Fitbit device. Unfortunately, it looks like there is a disruption with connection between the device and Go365 application. I would suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your Fitbit to Go365. After that, please allow up to 24-48 hours for the data to update on your account. Thank you.
