When I went to check my point status for daily steps the last date shown was may 31
I do apologize for any issues going on with your Samsung device data coming over to Go365. Unfortunately, we are not getting any data on our side either. This means there has been a disruption with connection between the two. I would suggest disconnecting your Samsung device and reconnecting it to Go365.
