Account is not remembered on any device

Since the beginning of this plan year, no device I use is ever remembered and I am asked to do two-step authentication everytime I try to login.  It does this regardless of the device or if I use the app or browser to log in.  I did a customer service chat but they were not able to resolve the issue.  What else can be done to resolve this?  It is frustrating to have to do confirmation step everytime I want to log in.  Thanks.
