For past 2 weeks Go365 has not been giving me points for walking and my fitbit is connected!!!
I am so sorry for any issues or concerns regarding your Fitbit device data coming over to Go365. I went ahead and updated your device data and it is now reflecting accurately. I want to reassure you data for May and June are now showing. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for data to reflect on your account. Thank you.
