My Go365 Points Statement has not added any points from my Runkeeper app where I ran 5 miles on June 6th and has not added points for steps from my FitBit since June 2nd? Why is this?
Sorry for any issues going on with your devices. I want to reassure you for your Fitbit we are getting the most accurate data as of now. When it comes to your Runkeeper it looks like it has stopped syncing. I would suggest removing and connecting the Runkeeper back on to Go365 to establish connection again. Please attempt this and allow up to 24-48 hours for data to update. Thank you.
