My steps are not syncing to a challenge started on 6/2/20. It’s been well over 48 hours, and I have already tried to do some things that were recommended. Please help. Thank you!
I am so sorry for any issues going on with your Apple Health connecting to Go365. I am not seeing Apple Health connected at all. I would suggest removing the application all together from your phone and reinstalling it. I also suggest then doing the disconnect and reconnect to your Apple Health to Go365. This will make sure the app is up-to-date along with your Apple Health data. Please after connecting your Apple Health to allow up to 24-48 hours for the points to show. I have already tried what you suggested at least 4 times and it’s not working. This is very frustrating. How can this be fixed? I would like to make sure I am getting my points for challenges, etc.
