My apple health is not syncing to my step challenge started on 6/2/20. I have already tried to delete the app and reconnect to Apple health. Nothing seems to be working. What else can I do?

My steps are not syncing to a challenge started on 6/2/20. It’s been well over 48 hours, and I have already tried to do some things that were recommended. Please help. Thank you!
