I connected my go360 account to fitbit 3 days ago. I see data in the fitbit app but it's not showing up in go365. When I go to the website it says it's never uploaded
So sorry for the delay in response. I can confirm that we have been receiving, and awarding, your step data from S Health. Are you still using a Fitbit as well?
