Once again there is not a health quiz available today. Can I please get my points added?
I am so sorry for any concerns you have regarding your Health IQ quizzes. I want to reassure you that all quiz points are reflecting. If you go on to go365.com and login you will see this on the website under Go365 Earning Statement. The points will show up as Daily Moments. Again, quiz points are reflecting accurately. If you run into any issues disconnect and reconnect your Health IQ app from and to Go365. If there are further issues still feel free to reach out!
Obviously you do not understand. I cannot get points if there are no daily quizzes. There were no quizzes that day. I sent the screenshot
I apologize for my misunderstanding. I would highly recommend deleting the Health Quiz app from Go365 and reinstalling making sure its accurately updated. Then from there, please attempt to try one of the quizzes. You cannot get points unless the quizzes are completed.
