My daily activity points are missing from 6/1 - 6/4. When will these sync? Those happen to be the same days I couldn't get into the website or app. My Fitbit is synced and have gotten points before those days and after those days.

I'm still having issues. My missing points have not yet synced. I've
disconnected my Fitbit from the app and reconnected it and have waited
several days. I'm still missing points for those days.

Sorry for the ongoing issue. The data is reflecting on our end. I would recommend even installing the app and reinstalling then doing the uninstall and reinstall on the Fitbit. Again, data is reflecting accurately.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled both the Fitbit app and Go365 apps. My
daily activity points (steps) still have not appeared for those days
these were the same days I could not log into Go365 app or the website.

One again then please disconnect and reconnect your device. We are getting the data which means it should be reflecting in your GO365 statement under daily workouts. Please do that and connect it properly. We have a link on our community to do this as well.

numerous times. My fitness points from steps are still not showing up on
my Go365 app or even the Go365 website. If it's showing on your end, then
why won't it show when I log into my Go365?
Again, the days these points are missing was when I also couldn't sign into
my Go365 account (website or app). I received errors those days, and they
are the same days that I am missing points.

I am sorry once again for the ongoing issue going on. I did update your daily workout points based off the data I am able to see from the data itself. If you check your Go365 Earning Statement you will see the points. If you feel comfortable I can also send you a direct message showing the exact data we are receiving for those missing dates.
