I am missing a lot of points even though I refresh my Fitbit, Fitness pal, I health regularly. I have checked several times that they are connected to Go 365. and I am not getting my steps Registered correctly in my challenges. Please help
I am so very sorry for any issues going on with your devices and data coming over to Go365. I want to let you know that I updated all three devices and data is reflecting for all of May and June. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for data to reflect on your account. Thank you.
