I am so very sorry for any missing points from your account. Can you clarify what activity these points are missing from? I want to let you know I also updated your device activity for daily workouts and those are showing up to date. Please let me know!
I was almost to the silver level in points. And the the app gave an error when trying to open. After a day or two, the app opened and almost all of the points had disappeared. These were just daily points that had accumulated.

My account goes back to June 2019. I had over 2,000 points in the first month. And have daily points for a year. Most weeks with 50 bonus points. I can go back on my app and see the daily points. There are about 7,000 points that have disappeared. If u can give me a number or an email, I can send u screenshots of activity.
