Missing points for sleep activity

I have received points for 3 weeks but not the other 3 weeks.  I did a live chat on the 4th week and was supposed to receive the points but never did.  I waited until I had completed the last week so I wouldn't have to reach out each time. I set the activity and ensure there are plenty of days left. I wear a garmin watch. The weeks I successfully completed 5 nights at 7 hrs or more and did not receive points are:

4/27-5/2 (did live chat but still never received the points)
