My Go365 has not synced any steps since April. I’ve deleted and re-installed. How to have my steps counted?
I do apologize for the issues going on with your missing steps and points. I want to let you know that your device is connected and steps are coming in for June. Unfortunately, since the device was not connected since then we cannot get any data previously. What I would suggest would be to make sure in the Apple Health under summary, in steps, and at the bottom in data sources and access make sure Go365 is on to allow all.
