I purchased a Fitbit Versa with my Go365 bucks. It was ordered midJune 2019 so it is about a year old. It does not hold a charged or less than an hour. I have tried everything, with following instruction from Fitbit and trying different charging cables and outlets. How do i get this repaired or replaced? This consumed almost 20,000 of my bucks and i will be very disappointed if it doesn’t last longer than this.
