not getting credit for about two weeks. i have reinstalled all my apps and still no luck.
i wish i didnt have to login to verify the feed is working
I can understand the concern with your Daily Workouts. I appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention.
I can see that there have been some Runkeeper workouts over the last couple of weeks that have come through as of yesterday. It can take up to 24-48 hours for the Points to award.
If it is not any trouble, can you please check over these workouts and let me know if you are missing any other days during that time. I would be happy to take a closer look at this for you!
When did you last disconnect and reconnect your Runkeeper account from Go365? There was a recent update with Runkeeper that was causing some connections to fail. If you have not done so recently, can you please follow the process to disconnect and reconnect and let me know.
