I recently changed from Humana to Cigna starting June 1st. I was still able to get points throughout June. I can't access my points now. Can I claim those points now? It was a work of 6 months.
Your Go365 wellness plan was built into your Humana medical plan. Therefore, when your medical plan terminated, so did your Go365 plan.
We will continue to provide you access to coverage, claims, and spending account history for a period of up to 18 months from your last date of coverage. However, your Go365 plan is no longer accessible.
