My sleep points are not reflected. How do I correct that?

If you don't mind I would like to ask you a few questions in order to help with the troubleshooting.
Are you using Apple Health to track your sleep? If you are using Apple Health, please be sure to manually enter each night of sleep into Apple Health. If you are using a secondary app or device to track your sleep, it will not transfer to Go365.

Do you have the Sleep Log activity set through the Go365 Mobile app? How many days are left on the activity?
