We had over 90,000 points and now we only have 88,000 and some. Neither of us have touched it. Where did our points go?
I am so very sorry for any concern regarding your points/bucks. It looks like an order was placed under the primary holder's account for the rewards recently. Other than that there is no evidence of bucks or points being removed.

Sorry for the ongoing issue. Can you verify what activities could be missing? Unfortunately, again, I do not see any evidence of missing bucks/points besides the order placed.
