If you are using the Go365 Mobile app, please uninstall and reinstall to make sure that you have the most up to date settings. When you login and it asks you to verify, please be sure to select "remember this device" to save the information.
Some Android phones have an auto-clearing feature where it clears the cache from your apps. You can disable this in your settings or try to switch the verification method to your mobile phone text option.
