Points for BMI, but the rest of it says 0 points. Do I need to submit something to get the full 2000? I did get the results, so I know it’s in the system somewhere. Thanks!
Great Question !
Thanks for contacting us regarding your concern.
I can see that your Biometric Screening has been processed. If your results were within healthy range last plan year, you would have been awarded the Points the day that your Plan year renewed. This will only include blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol. You can verify this information by looking on your Go365 Statement for the date that your plan year renewed.

What Happens When My Plan Year Renew
Thanks for the feedback. That’s why I was confused honestly, because my glucose and cholesterol are both in healthy range, and no points for either of those (my BMI is not in range, which I’m working on, but still got the 800 points for that). I’ll be happy to submit the feedback I got in the mail from Quest regarding these numbers, if that would help. I was under the impression that for doing the appointment, I got 2000 points, and the healthy ranges were applied as extra points accordingly (at least that what the explanation says online Go365 when I read through that page a couple weeks ago). Thanks again for your help in getting these points resolved.Laura
