I am unable to log into my go360 account because I got a new number. the login keeps sending the confirmation code to my old number that I am no longer able to access.
I am so very sorry for any issues or concerns logging on to Go365. I want to see if I can assist. Have you attempted to login on both the app and website? Please contact our customer service line to reset the phone number since this is sensitive information.

Yes!! I attempted to login in both, even one month ago I called to customer service and we change my number, but in Go365 continues my old number
