We have lost a lot of Bucks? Why?
I am so very sorry for any issues or concerns regarding any missing bucks. Can you verify the amount and about when they were lost? The reason I ask is because I do not see any evidence of bucks removed. Thanks.
I dont know when and exactly how much Bucks that has been removed, but I know we had over 100000 in April (or March) and now its only 67000.
I am so sorry for the ongoing concern. It looks like you started a new policy on April 2020 which means that not all Go365 bucks carry over from one year to the next. It looks like some were lost because they happened to expire during the previous term year.
Why didnt we get a message about Bucks expiring? We been saving all our Bucks in order to buy a special thing for the family
