I was unable to logon for the past 4 days and finally got that resolved by calling support this morning. Now all of my data, points, etc. are gone! I was Platinum Status and had over 22,000 points. What happened??

Unable to logon since 6/25/20 due to 'system undergoing maintenance, please trying again later'. I tried again today, 6/29/20 still the same response. I then called and got it resolved to where I can logon again, but now all of my data is gone! All of my 22,000 plus points, and Platinum Status, Health Assessment, etc., are gone. What's going on??? Can you please fix this. Thanks!
