My garmin shows connected yet the response on my home screen says" Garmin (Never uploaded) Disconnect" can anyone help with this.
Sorry for any concerns regarding your Garmin device. It looks like you just started a program policy with us for Go365. If you have just connected your device it can take up to 24-48 hours for data to load and update into Go365 daily workout points. I followed the instructions as provided in the web site.I did these instructions numerous times.
I have followed the steps in the "how to connect your Garmin " 5 times now. This is the message I have under Connect and Manage Devices.
Garmin (Never uploaded) Disconnect

Sorry for the ongoing issue. This means no data is coming from the actual Garmin device. Is the current Garmin device you are using connect to your Garmin account? When you did attempt to connect your Garmin by following the instructions did a message to allow Go365 to take information from the device/application? That message is important to allow Go365 to pull data. Unfortunately, I am still not able to get any data since the device is not properly linked.
