I haven’t been receiving my points for my steps
Thank you for reaching out to us! I can see how that can cause concerns for your Daily Workouts.
It can take up to 24-48 hours after syncing your device for Go365 to correctly display your Daily Workout Points. Sometimes, steps come over in parts as your device syncs throughout the day. If you have steps but not 1,000 for the day, it will register a 0 until the rest of the steps are uploaded to award Points.

I had 0 points showing for yesterday's daily workout when I logged into the app this morning, but I have the points now. Hopefully you will see your daily workout points soon!
