When I try to log in to the app, I just get a message saying "An error occurred, please try again." I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still gives the same error. This has been happening for weeks.
I can understand that would cause frustration with your login. I would be happy to take a closer look at your account for you!
I have verified that there are no errors on your account at this time. There was a recent update to the Go365 Mobile app, please be sure that you are running the most updated version and that your system is up to date on your phone. Software updates can also cause errors when trying to use the Go365 Mobile app.

The error is not on my account, it is on my wife's. I posted this for her as she cannot log in. I would be happy to provide her login details if I can send them to you directly.

If it is only the Go365 Mobile app, please be sure that she has the most updated version and may need to uninstall and reinstall to update.
